To get blams and saves all you have to do is vote on submissions in the flash portal. Vote on the ones under judgment (they're in purple). Vote 0-5 on them and depending on what happens to them you can get blams or saves. If the submission gets blammed (it's gets a really low score) and you gave it a low score also, you'll get a blam point. If the flash doesn't get blammed and you gave it a score of 2 or more, you'll get a save point. Good luck.
